Vixfurniture offers national door-to-door delivery of our furniture items. The policy is applied for all types of purchases, direct at our stores as well as submitted on the Website, Facebook Fanpage, and Hotline. Orders will be handled by our delivery staff or a shipping agency.

1. Delivery Time


1.1. Delivery to the inner and suburban of Ho Chi Minh City: It takes 1-2 days after ordering. You can choose a scheduled delivery for your shipment either business hours or at any time.


1.2. Delivery to other provinces/cities: The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 days for the province center areas and 3 to 7 days for outlying locations such as districts, towns,…




– The delivery will be fulfilled on working days (from Monday to Friday) – not included weekend (Saturday & Sunday) and Public Holidays

– In case the delivery is delayed later than expectation, we will immediately contact and collect feedbacks in order to satisfy the customer’s and receiver’s demands in the best ways.

2. Delivery Information


– Order processing time will be computed from the period the items are purchased and the customer’s payment is completed.

– Customers can contact Vixfurniture directly to change the delivery location (during the time of application processing). In case the order has been on shipping or transferred to the partners, the customer can contact the shipper directly.

– Each order will be delivered roughly two time. Therefore, if the customer misses the first delivery, they should call the shipper proactively or wait for their second call. If the customer does not respond after two calls, the order will be canceled.

– Customers may check their order status by contacting our consultant, leaving message on our fan page, or calling our hotline number

3. Delivery Procedure


The delivery staff will contact the customer to set a time and confirm the specific delivery location before beginning to ship the order.


When the products are delivered, the buyer must double-check the invoice’s details and the condition of the goods to ensure the right order.  In case customer detects any problem of the model, type, quantity, or quality, they might report it immediately to the shipper and our customer care department for the prompt resolution.


If there are no issues, the customer confirms the delivery note and settles for the order (if it has not been paid before). If the order has been deposited in advance, the customer will complete the remaining amount accurately on the delivery note.

4. Delivery fee


Vixfurniture offers free shipping on purchases exceeding 5,000,000 VND both inner and suburban of Ho Chi Minh City. Orders less than 5,000,000 VND will be charged shipping fees in accordance with current regulations. The delivery fee for orders placed in other provinces will be defined by the shipping agency. 


Delivery fee is depended on the number of items and the delivery time.
